For a return to be eligible, the item must have a quality issue, be unused, and remain in the same condition as when you received it, complete with its original packaging. Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts
At Blessed Silver, if your handmade silver jewelry was bought as a gift and shipped directly to you with that gift status noted, we’ve got you covered. For quality issues within 30 days, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value—once we get the item back, we’ll mail you a gift certificate. If it wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or the giver had it shipped to themselves to hand over later, we’ll issue the refund to them instead, and they’ll be notified of the return. Shipping returns
To return your handmade silver jewelry to Blessed Silver, please mail it to: Jian Apartment, approximately 80 meters west of the Fourth Primary School, Zhongkai High-Tech Zone, Yingshan Road, Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China. You’ll need to cover the shipping costs yourself, and those costs are non-refundable. If we issue a refund for a quality issue within 30 days, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
